FIFA World Cup 2022, France vs Morocco:
Theo Hernandez and Randal Kolo Muani provided France with major breakthroughs as they defeated Morocco 2-0, in the semi-final match of the FIFA World Cup 2022, at the Al Bayt Stadium on Thursday (IST). France, hence, became the first defending champions to qualify for consecutive World Cup finals since Brazil did it in 1998. France will now face Argentina in the summit clash of the tournament on Sunday.
India vs Bangladesh Highlights, 1st Test Match, Day 1: Shreyas Iyer was unbeaten on 82 as India posted 278 for 6 on the opening day of the first Test match against Bangladesh at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram. Earlier, Cheteshwar Pujara scored 90 runs, stitching a 149-run partnership with Shreyas Iyer for the fifth wicket. Taijul Islam claimed three wickets while Mehidy Hasan Miraz struck twice. Khaled Ahmed got the remaining one wicket that fell on the first day. India’s stand-in skipper KL Rahul had won the toss and opted to bat against the Shakib Al Hasan-led side. Regular India skipper Rohit Sharma misses the game due to a thumb injury therefore KL Rahul is captaining the side.
India Women vs Australia Women 3rd T20I Highlights: India Women crashed to a 21-run defeat vs Australia Women in the third T20I of their five-match series, at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday. WWE veteran and Bloodline member, Paul Heyman, took to Twitter to send a message to Cristiano Ronaldo. In the tweet, Heyman referenced his Bloodline leader Roman Reigns. Few days ago, Ronaldo’s FIFA World Cup 2022 run ended, as his national side Portugal bowed out of the tournament with a loss to Morocco. The 2016 European Champions suffered a 1-0 loss in a game that Ronaldo started from the bench.
Cristiano Ronaldo is currently 37 and isn’t expected to represent his national side in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This was his last shot at winning the biggest and the single most prestigious in Football.
WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray believes the altercation between Bobby Lashley and Adam Pearce on RAW could lead to a showdown between the two. This week on the red brand, The All Mighty took on Seth Rollins in a #1 contenders match, The Visionary picked up the win after countering a Spear with a Pedigree. After the bout, Lashley got into an altercation with a couple of officials which led to Adam Pearce coming out to calm him. The former WWE Champion then pushed the official into a barricade which led to Pearce firing him.

The Legit Boss hasn’t wrestled a televised match since she and her partner Naomi walked out on WWE back in May over the treatment of the women’s tag team division under Vince McMahon. But it appears that’s about to change.
Karim Benzema could feature for France in the World Cup final against Argentina, despite missing the rest of the tournament through injury.
Benzema was ruled out of the World Cup after picking up a thigh injury in training in Qatar on the eve of the tournament. He flew back home to Madrid to begin work on his recovery and that appeared to be the end of his chances of playing in the tournament.
