“When the first wave of the epidemic came, locking everyone up at home, his mind swirled. He was unable to focus on anything well. But he knew that meditation is very powerful and life-changing, so he thought about implementing this habit. But to be honest, he thought about it many times, but the habit of mediation did not form. So he began to apply the concepts of this book. To be 1% better, focus on making his identity strong, to strengthen his beliefs. He started watching different videos related to meditation, started reading different books, researched how to benefit from meditation scientifically, joined Reditt forums, and talked to those who used to meditate, after that, his belief and mindset regarding meditation became very strong. A strong identity was created to do meditation. He started doing it day after day. His faith started increasing by 1% every day, and that he should practice meditation. After that, he spent on many things. First, though, I have to do everything, and I have to do many things to become a meditator. But no, he just started doing something simple, using 3Rs to form habits. To form habits, he began associating this new habit with his already existing ones. For example, when he would wake up, he would make coffee for himself. It took 4 minutes. During these four minutes, he would sit up, move around, pass time or lie down. So, he started to use those four minutes. He thought he would meditate for those four minutes. He started doing this. Sometimes for 30 seconds, sometimes for one minute, he used those four minutes to meditate. Day by day, he began to improve himself, creating a routine. Making coffee motivated him, then did a chore associated with it, to meditate over coffee. This was routine. Speaking of bonus, 4 minutes later, his coffee was ready, and he was drinking it. His reward was because he was drinking coffee.
When he began to practice it daily, he was gradually getting better, and he applied this habit in his life. Similarly, you can form a habit using these principles, and make yourself 1% better per day. And you must do it.”, “When the first wave of the epidemic came, locking everyone up at home, his mind swirled. He was unable to focus on anything well.
