An unrevealed lost story

Mind mode

Sound: I am the presence before all particles. In that sense I am the attention.

I am the language, I am words, I am speech, i am an ultimate feelings.

I am the music, I am melody, I am rytham, I am dance, I am the sense of five.

Music: yes music is the definite. who listen to more than one genre of music tend to be more open minded, accepting, and intelligent.

Lonely: Hello .. hello hello hello..! Do you even know me properly? Huh, you just sung some sad genre, but do you really feel ever! How one’s sad life survive! Do you know what depression is? I use to handle all those loads. You are lucky, you really don’t know what is loneliness! How stress grasp people when they feel alone.

Music: No no, there are many different genres for different people in different mode.

Like Country music lovers are usually hard working, conventional and outgoing. Everyone has a song in their playlist which they always skip, but never delete. Music helps kids remember basic facts such as the order of letters in the alphabet, partly because songs tap into fundamental systems in our brains that are sensitive to melody and beat. It’s not the song that makes you emotional, it’s the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

Stress: Loneliness is contagious in social networks. Loneliness makes our bodies feel like under attack. It’s actually makes us feel colder, and contagious in social networks. Loneliness does not depend on how many friends or relationships you have. You can experience loneliness even when you have a large social circle. More than 60% of lonely people are married, but Loneliness distorts the perceptions of our relationships.

Hmm… well discussion,

I think this time physical body lost the natural temperature. So the stable mind change the form as …

What you say Mr, an…..

.. Anger: yup anger solve many issue by stand front.

Unexplored anger can mute your experience of life, but an other hand anger has a very strong positive vibes. It can create self confidence.

Perfectionists are angry. Like for example, Anger has a strong physical component.

Study said When someone says ‘I hate you’ they really mean ‘You hurt me’. But also anger actually is a natural defense against pain.

So While anger pits in the stomach, the emotion itself is not inherently bad. Unexplored anger can mute your experience of life, Perfectionists are angry. Anger gives you a way to express negative feelings, for example, anger motivates you to find solutions to problems. When you are angry, there is an increase in heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone, but the cortisol level decreases. Anger is an emotion with physiological effects and can have many psychological effects on your mental and physical situations. Anger gives you a way to express negative feelings, for example, anger motivates you to find solutions to problems. Anger is an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong. While anger pits in the stomach, the emotion itself is not inherently bad. Men, women and children experience anger differently.

Whereas children most often feel anger from the perspective of frustration–they can’t have what they want when they want it–adults get angry when they feel out of control. Anger comes from an overblown sense of self-importance. Anger gets attention, Generally, you should never forget what a person says to you when angry because that is when the truth finally comes out. Uncontrolled anger and angry outbursts are linked to stroke and heart attack. It’s easier to feel anger than hurt. Stories sustain anger, meaning if you are angry then just start reading a book or listen any music as your choice for a few minutes.

Attraction :

At the school age or enter to teen time, when body sprays claimed it contained pheromones that would make women attracted to you? Well, as it turns out, fresh male sweat contains a chemical called Androstenol, a type of pheromone that truly attracts women to men. Just in case you were wondering, pheromones are chemicals that a person unconsciously emits that can cause a change in behavior in other people around them. Turns out, those body spray actually does contain pheromones.

Studies show that women are often attracted to more masculine-looking men during ovulation. However, at other times of the month they may find less-masculine men to be more attractive. This is largely due to the subconscious association with masculine-looking men having higher testosterone levels and therefore being more fertile.

When somebody smells good, we automatically perceive them as more attractive.

Research suggests that beauty standards and attractive qualities are often regional and dependent on cultural norms. However, some beauty standards are cross-cultural and international. Generally, beauty standards shift over time and change as cultures mix across geographic boundaries. Beauty standards range from every skin tone, eye color, hair color, size of body, and facial features. Odds are you are one of the most attractive people in the world to someone! Our faces change as we get older. That’s obvious. However, that also means that a person’s attractiveness also changes over time. This is due to skin aging and wrinkling, the continued growth of our noses and ears, and the loss of bone density in our skulls as we age. This results in continual changes in appearance that can dramatically impact a person’s appeal to others, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. In a year, Americans spend more on beauty care products than they do on education… Wow.

People often perceive others to be more attractive when they see other people looking and/or smiling at them. Research has shown that mothers tend to devote more attention and give disproportionate affection to their most attractive child. Studies show that nurses tend to spend more time with attractive and healthy babies than they do with unattractive or ill ones.

Researchers have found that when people are attracted to each other, they will often mirror each other’s movements and body positioning when speaking or being in close proximity to each other. Researches have been shown to favor students that are more attractive over their less attractive pupils, often giving them preferential treatment, which in turn allows them to perform better in school. Studies show that attractive women often have a difficult time obtaining jobs associated with masculine qualities, such as hard labor. Research shows that less attractive women, and women with masculine features, are preferred for those positions instead.

Physical attraction is linked to good genes. The more attractive a person is, the better their genes are perceived to be. The reasoning is deeply rooted in our biology. Males often prefer the most attractive female as it signals good health and fertility. However, since the task of reproduction falls almost entirely on the female, women generally are pickier when it comes to choosing a mate. Females often prefer a mate with the most attractive features as it signals that he will provide the best genes to their offspring. Interestingly, scientists have not found a direct correlation between physical attractiveness and the quality of genes. Scientific studies have shown that one of the most attractive features to humans is symmetry, especially in facial features. Most celebrities that are widely considered extremely attractive have nearly perfectly symmetrical faces.

Emotion: Definitely different studies have revealed that women and men both experience the same level of emotion but women have a tendency of showing it more. A major key music is a happy music while a minor key music is a sad music. No wonder, music has always been used to evoke different emotions in people. The emotional apparatus of the human body was hydraulic by nature. According to René study, whenever valves inside the body opened and released fluids like phlegm and bile, a person would feel sad and angry.

According to ancient doctors, different body organs were assigned the tasks of controlling moods. For example, heart controlled happiness, kidneys controlled fear and liver controlled anger. Humans are capable of making 10,000 different facial expressions for expressing subtle emotions. People can understand facial expressions faster for others belonging to their own race compared to people from other races. Robert Plutchik in the 1980s said that there are 8 primary emotions and that a mix of these emotions eventually lead to complex emotions like love and guilt. The eight innate emotions he proposed included anticipation, anger, sadness, disgust, fear, acceptance and joy. Any emotion experienced by us actually has 3 components. The first one is a psychological change such as a spike in heart rate, followed by a tendency of either staying with or running away from the source that is generating the emotion and eventually the subject experience such as feeling sad, happy or angry. Ancient Greeks believed that the bad things that plagued mankind were nothing but creatures evolving out of emotions like spite, revenge, envy etc. They believed that it was goddess Pandora who released these creatures for the purpose of tormenting the world. Our Emotions Shape Our Morals! We usually think that our morals trigger our emotions. For instance, a person with a good heart will either feel angry or sad when he or she sees a person hurting someone else. This however is not true. Studies have revealed that when a person is shown an image of a person hurting another, three parts of the brain are lit up. The first one is the TPJ area responsible for evaluating where the act of hurting was intentional or not. The next part that is activated is the amygdala which controls our emotions. These two parts of the brain process the image within 250 milliseconds. Only after that the morality section of the brain becomes active. So, emotions shape morals and not the other way round. There are 18 different types of smile. This makes smiles the most deceptive of all facial expressions. Some variants of smile include self-effacing smile, false smile, cruel smile, polite smile and so on. It was French neurologist named Guillaume-Benjamin-Amand Duchenne who figured out that only one out of these 18 variants of smile represents genuine happiness. The smile is known as Duchenne smile in honor of Guillaume. Force a Smile! Okay, there are times when smiling literally becomes difficult. However, studies show that if you can force a smile on your face, you will feel happy. But, you need to force this smile for at least 30 seconds. Colors Spark Emotions: Different colors spark different emotions in us. Yellow for instance is associated with joy and blue helps to calm down a person. So, next time you are restless, you need to get some blue! Plato described emotion and reason as two horses pulling us in opposite directions. However, modern neurologist Antonio Damasio argues that reasoning depends on emotion and is not in opposition to emotion. Emotions are contagious. Negative or unpleasant emotions are more contagious than neutral or positive emotions. Body language often reveals emotion. For example, a person standing with their arms on hips with elbows turned outward is an example of a territorial display. Someone with their hands folded and their thumbs popped up indicates that he or she has something positive to say. Touching the nose indicates someone is hiding something. A former FBI agent and specialist in nonverbal communication states that the “feet provide the strongest body language signals.”

A human can make over 10,000 facial expressions to express a wide variety of subtle emotions.

Studies reveal that people recognize and interpret the emotional facial expressions of those in their own race faster than those who are a different race.

From silent films to cartoons such as Tom and Jerry to films such as Psycho and Jaws, music is a widely used stimulus that evokes a variety of emotional responses. Generally music in a major key is happy, while music in a minor key is sad. Spoken voices also reflect this tonality. Interestingly, certain emotional tones in music are cross-cultural.

A study of those with amnesia found that the emotions tied to a memory outlast the memories that created them. Researchers note this has important implications for those with Alzheimer’s disease.

Several scientists claim that there is always some emotion occurring in the body, but the emotion is too slight for us to notice or affect what we do.

Of all facial expressions, the smile may be the most deceptive. There are around 18 different smiles, including polite, cruel, false, self-effacing, and so on. But only one reflects genuine happiness; this is known as the Duchenne smile, in honor of the French neurologist who determined this phenomenon, Guillaume-Benjamin-Amand Duchenne (de Boulogne).

Using its site WeFeelFine.org, Stanford University analyzed around 13 million emotions that have been recorded on the Web since 2005. They found older people are usually happier, but for different reasons. Younger people are happy when they are excited, older people are happier when they are at peace. Additionally, women tend to feel more loved than men, but also feel more guilt. Men often feel happier, yet lonelier. They also found that the happiest time of day is lunchtime. Neuroscientists differentiate between ‘feeling’ and ‘emotion’. Emotions, they say, are auto-programmed responses of the brain towards certain stimuli whereas feelings are conscious impressions of the responses. An “eccedentesiast” is someone who hides pain or sadness behind their smile. “Coulrophobia” is the fear of clowns. The word possibly originates from Greek word kolon, meaning “stilt” or “stilt-walkers.”

A klazomaniac is someone who feels like shouting. Bad is good! Bad feelings are necessary and are actually good. Negative emotions help to strike a balance and help people evaluate those experiences with a positive mind set. Experiencing only positive emotions is not really good because when that happens, a person simply starts ignoring issues that are really important for shaping one’s life. Negative emotions include things like anger, fear etc. Sarcasm Improves Creativity! Weird but true! Studies have revealed that sarcasm improves creativity and smartness. People who receive sarcastic comments need to process different layers of information like biasness, viewpoint, experience etc. This improves problem solving ability and creativity. Thus, regular exposure to sarcasm is good.

Emotions are Extremely Contagious! Time and again it has been proved that human emotions are contagious by nature. People have been caught mimicking the emotional experiences of others unconsciously. Micro expressions! So what are micro expressions? You may be darn good at concealing your emotional experiences and the resulting expressions. However, no matter how hard you try, you will always involuntarily express your emotions for a very brief time frame. These brief expressions are called micro expressions. These are so quick that they go unnoticed in real time but when recorded and watched in slo-mo, they will reveal your true emotional state.

The visually appealing presentations of unhealthy food in menus subtly arouse emotions in consumers. Scientists argue that if people understood those emotions better, they would make better food choices. Many psychologists consider instinct and emotion similar in that both are automatic. For example, fear is both an emotion and an instinct. However, while instincts are immediate, irrational, and innate, emotions have the potential to be more rational and part of a complex feedback system linking biology, behavior, and cognition. While researchers have not found any culture where people spontaneously smile when disgusted or frown when they are happy, they have found some oddities. For example, the Japanese have a harder time discerning anger in a face and they tend to mask their facial expressions of unpleasant feelings more than Americans.

Researchers note that the emotion most associated with fear is interest. Some psychologists have gone so far as to suggest that fear has two invisible faces: one, the wish to flee and, second, the wish to investigate. Emotion is typically defined as a response to stimuli that involves physiological changes (increased pulse rate, increased body temperature, activity of certain glands, increased or decreased breathing rate), which motivate a person to act. Simply put, emotions are the feelings of the mind, the equivalent of what physical sensations are to the body.
